Alton, the Principal Engineer for the company is an enrolled member of the Navajo Nation and is a licensed civil engineer in Arizona and New Mexico.  Alton is the founding member and will serve as a managing partner in the company.

Alton has 22 years of civil engineering experience and has worked on a multiple of tribal, commercial, residential, governmental and municipal projects.  Most notably are the Twin Arrows Resort and Casino (Twin Arrows, AZ), NTUA Water/ Wastewater Distribution Facility for Twin Arrows Resort and Casino (Twin Arrows, AZ), Hopi Tribal Housing Authority (HTHA) 12 unit Manufactured Home Park (Moenkopi, AZ).

Alton has experience working with various tribes within Arizona and New Mexico. Alton has worked closely with agencies such as the Navajo Nation, Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Hopi Tribe, Navajo Tribal Utility Authority (NTUA) and Indian Health Services (IHS). He is also familiar with Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT), and Arizona Department of Water Resources (ADWR) requirements as well as other various city and county jurisdictions in northern Arizona and New Mexico.
